Why is it hard to leave a bad job.

Why-is-it-hard-to-leave-a-bad-job

Having a Job has been the best place to have financial security for many people and a place where many can earn money and become less dependent on others. For many, having a job also helps them have enough money to afford whatever they need.

Because of this, job hunting has become of high necessity and once you find it, the joy can never be compared with anything as long as the salary seems good or manageable.

Every job seems good at the beginning and in most cases  as long as the salary seems good, people tend to be okay but after some time real pressure comes in when the demands of hitting targets are made of them. Sometimes the treatment from the boss may not be all that friendly and it's at this time that the joy and excitement about the job begin to reduce. Also when the salary being taken is not be able to support the cost of living the joy for the job reduces but the advice given by families and colleagues is to manage because things will be better one day.

Most often people find it hard to leave the job in such conditions because of the fear of ending up jobless and due to their current job demands, they can't even get time to apply for a new job or go for interviews. It's always hard for people to leave bad jobs because they are scared of facing financial problems whilst not working. Sometimes colleagues at work who are so into  "there are no jobs these days" phobia will always advise them not to leave the job until they find a better one and that better one doesn't seem to ever come. The friendship bond built with work colleagues can also be one of the reasons why others find it hard to leave a bad job.

How to leave a bad job

The way to leave a bad job is to decide what you want to do after you leave the job. You may decide to start a business on your own or find a new job. The best advice is to learn a new skill whilst working at your current job which can help you make money even if you quit with no assurance of a new job. You can be doing a business with the skill acquired whilst looking for a better job offer.

Most people think the only way they can earn money is by working for someone but not themselves. This kind of thinking is only in the mind of those who have been to school that the educational system has programmed them to think way. Those who never went to school or didn't advance in their education ,never seem to have this kind of limitation in their mind but what they do is, they set up their own business and end up making even more money than those who always dress up in the morning and go to work in someone's job.

So stop thinking you can make a living only by working in a cooperate office and if you have  found yourself in that situation, just begin to learn a skill or trade or anything that can fetch you money. Some business may not fetch you the amount you are earning currently, but will give u a peace of mind and will even make you happier and fulfilled than you were currently.

There are so many things you can do now in this modern world. Even the profession you are in right now may have different business opportunities you have no idea about but others are already using to make money with.

I hope this can be of help to you to make a decision to leave your job if it's a bad one
